Site work and paving for a civil project in Gretna, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids are requested for construction of the SCHRAM ROAD PAVING IMPROVEMENTS. The project includes constructing 3,900 SY of 9-inch concrete, earthwork, subgrade preparation, 1,750 LF of 15 to 30 RCP storm sewer, storm inlets, and other miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids are to be submitted for a single prime Contract on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Work must commence within ten calendar days from Notice to Proceed and be substantially completed by August 14, 2026, and completed by August 28, 2026, subject to extension granted by the Owner. Bidding Documents may be examined and obtained from the Issuing Office, A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. Bidding Documents are available for download or on compact disc for a non-refundable fee, or in printed form for a refundable deposit plus shipping. Bid security must be supplied as per Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the Contract in the Owner's best interest. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
