Sealed bids will be received for the project 'J.S Clark Roofing, Project No. 2027-247.' Complete bidding documents are available from Newman Marchive Incorporated upon payment. Bid security of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid is required and must be included with the bid, either as a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, as prescribed by Louisiana law, using the provided form. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a company licensed in Louisiana. Liquidated damages will apply for each consecutive calendar day the work is unfinished beyond the established completion date. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for eligibility, and attendance for the duration by a qualified representative is mandatory.
