The project includes concrete work, landscaping, and grass installation in the downtown Lakefront Pines Park located at 2272 STH 17 . It involves pouring three concrete pads and interconnecting concrete sidewalks totaling 1,489 ft2, burying approximately 130 feet of electrical conduit for a future 240V 50A circuit, installation of sod or grass seed totaling 10,211 ft2, installation of three 8'x10' planting beds with mulch, and a possible irrigation system. Sod and seed options, as well as an irrigation system, should be quoted as separate line items. The site must be excavated and prepped with a suitable base for drainage, grass survival, and a possible irrigation system. Electrical conduit must connect the breaker panel behind the stage to the east side of the new 24'x30' concrete slab. Grass is to be warrantied for 1 year, supported by a watering program specified by the contractor. The project may start on or after September 21, 2026, and must be completed in time to ensure grass survival in spring and summer 2027. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days of opening.
