Sealed bids are requested from qualified general contractors for the renovation of the Neshotah Beach Bathhouse located at 500 Zlatnik Drive, Two Rivers, Wisconsin. All bids must be either presented in a sealed envelope or emailed, addressed to the Director of Parks and Recreation, City of Two Rivers, and clearly marked with the project name. Bidders' names should appear on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line. Plans and specifications are available for examination at the office of the Director of Parks and Recreation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that is in the best interest of the City.
