Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Independence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Question Deadline 04/03/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders/Offerors shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the county eProcurement Portal, located at Online. Full depth concrete panel replacement and sidewalk ramp replacement is required in the Harvest Hill Subdivision. The project includes work on: Harvest Hill Dr, Corn Row Ct, Open Meadow Dr, Straw Flower Ct, Crown Vetch Dr, Pumpkin Patch Way, Golden Valley Dr, Sundance Dr, Full Moon Ct, Lunar Dr, Kellnick Ct, Moonlight Way, and Starlight Ln. Full depth reconstruction sections involve removing the existing JPC concrete and replacing it in-kind with new JPC concrete. The construction is to match the existing roadway grade or ensure positive drainage. All materials and construction methods must comply with the 2019 Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, unless otherwise noted or authorized in writing by the County. Bidders must not submit an amount for Mobilization exceeding 5 percent of the total bid amounts for all items (excluding Mobilization, Demobilization, and contingent amounts). If more is bid, the County will adjust it to 5 percent for comparison and awarding. For Demobilization, bid an amount that is at least $1,000 and not less than 1.5 percent of the total for all other items (excluding Mobilization, Demobilization, and contingent amounts). If less is bid, the County will adjust upward to the greater of $1,000 or 1.5 percent for comparison and awarding.
