Renovation of an office development in Buchanan, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,100-square-foot office development.

The work consists of reconfiguring and refurbishing the training room and office in Building 6395 at the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Chippewa moorings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the renovation in accordance with the attached scope of work and supporting photographs. The effort requires examining existing conditions through a mandatory site visit, taking field measurements, and verifying all requirements prior to submitting a quote. **Location:** U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Chippewa 700 Coast Guard Road Buchanan, TN 38222 The total contract performance period is 30 calendar days. (1) All work in this contract shall be completed in Building 6395 onboard Coast Guard Facility Buchanan, Tennessee. The project area is approximately 1100 sq. ft. (2) Replace or repair all damaged or loose insulation and vapor barrier in project area. (3) Install new 1/2 in. gypsum sheetrock wall covering to include taping, mudding, and finishing. (4) Prep and paint with 2 coats of paint the newly installed wall covering in the project area. (5) Install new acoustic ceiling grid system in the project area with new rails and 2'x4' acoustic ceiling tiles. (6) Install 01 "mounting plate" in ceiling grid ceiling capable of supporting a 15 lb overhead projector. (7) Properly suspend and support all HVAC Ducting, Electrical, and other Utilities above the new ceiling grid system. (8) Install new HVAC ducting and registers into new acoustic ceiling grid. (9) Install 15 2'x4' cool white LED panel lights into new acoustic ceiling grid system and install appropriate sized breaker. (10) Move light switch controlling new LED panel lights to nearest adjacent wall. (11) Install 08 new electrical receptacles on walls in project area with new appropriately sized breakers as required. (12) Install 1 new electrical outlet in ceiling for the use of overhead projector. (13) Install 04 ethernet data ports (14) Remove 04 windows on the exterior of the project area. (15) Install 04 new vinyl replacement double hung windows in project area. (16) With all existing flooring materials and flooring residuals removed, repair concrete and/or apply self-leveling underlayment to provide suitable substrate for flooring. (17) Install Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring with underlayment throughout the space (18) Contractor shall provide dumpster and shall be responsible for all cleanup of the project area. (19) Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the dumpster once the project is complete. (20) Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations.
