After a review of all submissions, the Government has determined that the proposals received from offerors were deemed non-responsive to the explicit instructions and requirements outlined in the solicitation. As a result, no award will be made at this time. The Government intends to review and revise the requirement and anticipates issuing a new solicitation. Providing all labor, material, equipment, permits, transportation and performing all operations necessary to install new government furnished smart electric meters at 40 buildings, in strict accordance with contract documents especially the Statement of Work. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace existing electric meters at Shaw Air Force Base. The scope includes removal of existing electric meters and installation of new electric meters in accordance with the solicitation requirements and attached technical documents. All work shall be performed in a safe and compliant manner and completed within a period of performance not to exceed 90 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The project is a competitive small business set-aside under NAICS 238210, and a mandatory site visit is required for prime contractors intending to compete for award.
