Site work for a water / sewer project in Florence, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids for County Roads 94, 33 & 47 Water Improvements will be received. All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided through the Engineer, to the Greenhill Water & Fire Protection Authority in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for County Road 94, 33, & 47 Water Improvements." The Bidder's name, address, General Contractor's License Number, and Expiration Date must be listed on the outside of the sealed bid. Bidders must deposit security with their bid as outlined in the Information for Bidders. Bidders are responsible for printing their own Bid and Bond Forms from digital copies provided. Bids may not be withdrawn within 30 days after the bid opening. The Authority reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Attention is called to the requirements regarding conditions of employment and specific federal regulations. Question Deadline 04/08/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
