The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified design-build teams to provide all labor, materials and provisions necessary to produce conceptual designs, final design, construction documents to complete the decommissioning of the existing in-service asbestos cement (AC) chilled water piping and the installation of new 30-inch chilled water supply and return piping, including all associated appurtenances and ancillary components. The Contractor shall be responsible for both the final design and full construction of the project in a coordinated and integrated manner without causing an interruption in existing utility service. The basis of award is the highest scoring proposal after final evaluations. Florida Statute 287.05701- Pursuant to Florida Law, the District may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor, or give preference to a vendor based on the vendor's social, political, or ideological interests.
