Contact Info Carmen Ochoa 951-943-6369 carmen.ochoa@puhsd.org The Perris Union High School District, hereinafter referred to as District, is requesting proposals for the Purchase and Installation of a Projection Mapping System at Paloma Valley High School from qualified firms. The project consists of the purchase, installation, configuration, and activation of a high-brightness projection mapping system designed to display interactive and pre-programmed light shows on an athletic facility surface. The system will allow the district to run visual displays and customized shows for events, athletics, and special occasions. The project also includes the creation of multiple pre-produced light show sequences and additional lineup content that can be used during school events. 2. Equipment and System Components The vendor will provide one complete projection mapping system including: _ High-brightness projection unit (approximately 10,000 lumen output) _ Optical camera system for alignment and calibration _ Dedicated onboard computing system for processing and playback _ Mounting structure and hardware required for installation _ Software platform used to operate and manage projection mapping content _ Lifetime access to the software platform and future feature updates 3. Light Show Content Development The project includes the development of custom and preconfigured light show content for school events. Included Shows _ Three (3) premiere light show sequences designed for game day or event presentations. _ One (1) senior recognition themed show designed for senior night events. _ Seven (7) additional lineup animations or show segments that can be used for player introductions, transitions, or other event moments. Creative assets such as logos, graphics, and media required for show creation will be provided by the district. 4. Engineering and Installation Planning _ The vendor will provide engineering documentation and placement plans showing recommended projector and camera locations. _ These plans will inform required power and network connectivity that must be supplied by the district prior to installation. 5. Installation and System Setup The vendor will perform the following services: _ Delivery of system equipment _ Installation of projection, camera, and computing components _ Calibration and mapping of the projection system to the athletic surface _ Software installation and configuration _ Initial system testing and operational verification _ Payment of Prevailing Wage Rates: Pursuant to California Labor Code section 1720 et seq. CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wage. 6. Training Training will be provided to district staff and will include: _ Operation of the projection mapping system _ Running and managing light shows _ Loading and organizing content _ Basic troubleshooting Additional video training materials and support resources. 7. Support and Software Updates The project includes: _ Ongoing access to the system software _ Future software enhancements and feature updates at no additional charge _ Customer support resources
