Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes the replacement of LED lamps at various traffic signals throughout the City of Waterbury as detailed in the traffic signal plans and technical specifications. The proposer is expected to furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to execute and properly finish the project. Attention is directed to the Price Proposal, the Technical Specifications, the General Conditions, the Special Conditions, the Standard Details, Project Drawings, and the List of Intersections, which collectively detail and describe the work and services required. All responses must conform to the provided instructions. Proposers must include all required signatures, provide the required number of copies, meet deadlines, answer all questions, and follow the requested format. Failure to meet these requirements may be grounds for rejection. If awarded, the successful proposer must accept the City's standard agreement language and timely execute and return all contract documents, including certificates of insurance, a Corporate/LLC Resolution, and all required bonds.
