Bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction in the trade category C060 (Athletic Fields/Tracks/Courts). All necessary bid specifications and forms are available upon written request. Bid submissions must be sealed, include all required documents, and be delivered to the Ridgewood Board of Education. Bidders must provide a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total bid (not exceeding $20,000), a Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Prequalification Affidavit-No Material Adverse Change, valid Notice of Classification, and a certified Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts Form. Bidders must comply with affirmative action and prevailing wage requirements. Failure to comply with instructions or submit all forms may result in disqualification and bid rejection. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities as deemed in its best interest.
