The work shall be to provide tree irrigation services to approximately 8 trees planted in the Central Business District (CBD) twice a week from June 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026; and tree irrigation services to approximately 320 trees planted in residential areas once per week from June 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026, when directed by the Village. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder thereon and endorsed with the project title. Bids must be accompanied by either a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond for $5,000; a Consent of Surety; a Corporation or Partnership Statement; a Non-Collusion Affidavit; a Statement of Responsibility; the Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran; and a Federal Non-Debarment Certification. All required schedules must be submitted on the provided forms. The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, Contractor Business Registration Program, and furnish evidence of required registrations, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and a Certificate of Employee Information Report. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of $25,000 and provide required insurance certificates. Proposals from out-of-state bidders or insurers must be accompanied by certificates showing authorization to do business in New Jersey. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid that best serves the interest of the Village. Bidders are required to comply with applicable New Jersey anti-discrimination and equal employment regulations.
