Sealed bids are requested for the construction of port improvements to the Industrial Canal Bulk Grain Facility located in Calcasieu Parish for the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District. The type of construction is classified as heavy construction. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Contracting Agency and prepared in accordance with Section 2 of the 2018 Edition of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Office of Multimodal Commerce, General Provisions, and must include all required information. Each bid must include a proposal guaranty in an amount not less than 5% of the bid. Bids must comply with all requirements and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination.
