Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wahoo, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary to construct a pre-engineered steel hangar building, construct taxilanes and ramps, and place pavement markings at Wahoo Municipal Airport. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty equal to five percent of the total bid amount, which may be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Wahoo Airport Authority. Bids may be held for up to ninety days for evaluation. The Wahoo Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act wage and labor provisions, 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements (with a contract goal of 0.0%), and additional federal regulations including Buy American Preferences, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, Foreign Trade Restriction, Solid Waste Disposal Act, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
