The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to enter into a multi-year master professional services agreement for providing program management services to support the Authority’s leadership in its marine system capital improvement program across St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas, covering fourteen public seaports. Respondents are expected to provide both full-time embedded staff in the Authority’s Engineering Division and ad-hoc advisory support services for planning, advancement, and technical assistance for capital development. The expected term of services is five years. All updates, addenda, and information will be posted on the Authority’s e-procurement website, and respondents are responsible for monitoring the site until the RFQ submission deadline. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities or technicalities, or cancel the process at any time.
