Sealed bids are invited for the Columbus Road Bridge Rehabilitation project. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids. Bid envelopes must be endorsed with "Columbus Road Bridge Rehabilitation." Complete specifications and bidder requirements are available from the County Engineer's office or the Licking County Website. The Board of Licking County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, or to accept another proposal if deemed in the best interest of all concerned, or to reject all proposals and re-advertise. The Board also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Rehabiliatation of Existing Structure by Removing and Replacing Existing Bridge Deck Overhang Elements (Railing, Sidewalk, Safety Curb, and Light Pilasters), Resetting the Forward Abutment Bearings, Extending Scuppers, and Patching Existing Superstructure And Superstructure Units.
