The City of Lockesburg is considering applying for an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for a water/wastewater improvement project. The City is seeking the services of an architectural firm or individual to provide services for this project. Selection procedures will follow ACEDP procurement requirements, with responses evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability to perform the work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent who receives the highest total score in the evaluation process. All interested parties must submit their responses, consisting of 3 paper copies and 1 digital copy.
