Demolition and renovation of a detention facility in Bishop, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,229-square-foot detention facility.
Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to demolish, install, and repair Inmate bathrooms at Owens Valley Conservation Camp. Services are necessary to ensure bathrooms are in safe, working conditions. Potential Bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid walk-through may submit written questions regarding the bid by April 30, 2026. All questions should be emailed in writing to Gloria.Pietromonaco@fire.ca.gov. NO QUESTIONS will be entertained after April 30, 2026. B.
