The requirement is for the removal and replacement of Hole 18 Golf Cart Bridge (B490) at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland. Work includes providing a structurally sound pre-fabricated bridge capable of safely supporting pedestrian and golf cart traffic. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and Performance Work Statement, including all noted specifications, instructions, and special requirements. Vendors are required to review and complete the RFQ document and submit it by the deadline identified in the notice. Questions must be submitted to the designated points of contact no later than Thursday, 2 April 2026 at 12:00 PM CST, and any questions submitted after that time will not be considered. Attachments include the Performance Work Statement, Wage Determination No. 2015-5253 Revision 28, and site photographs of the existing bridge.
