Qualification submittals are requested from firms to serve as Designer and Consultant for Facility Master Planning Services for the GAR Memorial Library in West Newbury, Massachusetts. Work will involve creating a Facility Master Plan for possible construction or expansion of the library, through the Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program or other methods. The Designer's fee will be a negotiated lump sum amount, not to exceed $90,000. Firms must submit qualifications in accordance with provided instructions. Submittals must be delivered to the Town Clerks office at 381 Main Street, West Newbury, MA 01985, either in person or by mail. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive minor informalities as deemed in its best interest.
