The project consists of the construction of the Lindley Road Sanitary Sewer Project. Contract 2026-01 includes approximately 110 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, 1,400 linear feet of 2-inch HDPE low-pressure sewer, and 1,000 linear feet of 3-inch HDPE low-pressure sewer. Contract 2026-02 includes 1,100 linear feet of 8" PVC gravity sewer and 1,400 linear feet of 2-inch HDPE low-pressure sewer. Both contracts will include manholes, lateral connections, air release valves, terminal cleanout, and restoration of all disturbed areas. Only one contract (2026-01 or 2026-02) will be awarded. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% must be furnished with the bid. All questions are to be submitted via PennBID and telephone inquiries are not accepted. Bidders must comply with all state antibid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit. Compliance with federal and state environmental and employment verification laws is required. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to this project.
