Bids are requested for a new one-story home shell, 24 x 36', consisting of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room, and one full bathroom framed in. The home will be sold to the highest bidder over a minimum of $40,000 and is located at Northwestern High School, Maple, WI. Features include LPI 20 Series 9-1/2 I-Joists floor framing with LP Legacy Floor Sheathing, 2x6 exterior wall construction, engineered roof truss system with 1' heel height (6/12 pitch), 5/8" OSB on roof sheathing, 7/16" OSB wall sheathing with Tyvek House Wrap, vaulted interior Great Room ceiling (3/12 pitch), LP Smart Siding (Diamond Kole, Glacier Fog with Coffee Trim), Rollex brand aluminum soffits and fascia (Mocha color), insulated Marvin Elevate windows (Low E with Argon, Almond Frost), matching Marvin Elevate sliding French door, Bayer Built insulated entry door with aluminum clad jambs, Certainteed Landmark Architectural roof shingles & ridge vent (Burnt Sienna color).
