Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute G.S. 143-48, it is State policy to encourage and promote the use of small, minority, physically handicapped, and women contractors in purchasing Goods and Services. As such, this RFP will serve to identify those Vendors that are minority owned or have a strategic plan to support the State's Historically Underutilized Business program by meeting or exceeding the goal of 10% utilization of diverse firms as 1st or 2nd tier subcontractors. Job Specifications and estimates for labor, material and sales tax to install an Indoor Facility LED Scoreboard at App State University shall be submitted as follows: Indoor Facility LED Scoreboard: 1. Indoor facility LED Screen- Size 16' 4.9" H x 59' 0.7" W (969 sq ft); includes Pixel Pitch - 3.9mm; Pixel Matrix - 1,280 H x 4,608 W (5,898,240 Pixels); GOB Top Coating (or other protective coating) - with Installation 2. Content and Control Custom Rack- Processor Only/Primary Only with expectation of this being within 300' of display. 3. Protective Coating is a Requirement 4. Minimum 5 Year Part Warranty 5. Minimum 1 Year Labor Warranty 6. Optional add-on training cost if needed 7. Optional annual maintenance agreement cost
