Remodeling of a municipal facility in Hugo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

Lincoln County, Colorado is seeking proposals and qualifications from firms interested, experienced, and knowledgeable in providing general construction services for the remodel of three bathrooms in the Lincoln County Combined Courts in Hugo, Colorado, to bring them into ADA compliance. Major components of the project include cutting/framing walls and moving doors, installation of new VCT flooring, installation of new handicap grab bars, relocation and installation of new ADA approved toilets, and HVAC and electrical work. Proposals should not exceed ten pages in length (excluding cover pages, dividers, and appendices). Resumes may be included in the appendices. The proposal must include a brief description of the firm(s) undertaking the work (including roles and capacity), a summary of individuals involved (including roles, responsibilities, and estimated percentage of time committed), a description of the team's experience in similar projects (highlighting any Colorado Judicial Department experience), and an assurance of adequate staff and resources. Bidders are to use the Bid Form attached to the bidding documents. Proposals will be evaluated based on bid amount, key personnel qualifications and experience, firm qualifications and relevant experience, and familiarity with similar Colorado Judicial Department projects. The County reserves the right to reject any proposals, waive informalities and irregularities, negotiate changes, and select the most qualified proposer. A written agreement in a contract provided by the County will be required of the successful proposer. The project is partially funded by an Underfunded Courthouse Cash Fund grant and is subject to requirements set forth by the Colorado Judicial Department.
