Bid date change as per Adda 1 The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is soliciting technical proposals from firms for the Chestnut Hill West Line Bridge Rehab Program Project. The procurement will be conducted in two steps: Step One is the pre-qualification of interested parties through submission of technical proposals evaluated against technical criteria. Companies that receive an overall Pass Rating will be pre-qualified for Step Two. Step Two will accept sealed bids from pre-qualified firms. Only those pre-qualified in Step One will be invited to bid. Pre-qualification requirements: Firms must submit a technical proposal that will be evaluated against specified technical criteria. Only firms that receive an overall Pass Rating on their technical proposal will be deemed pre-qualified for bidding.
