The County, on behalf of the Department of Assets & Infrastructure, Division of Parks, Trails and Historic Sites, is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform the required engineering, environmental permitting and construction consultation for the replacement of two culverts on the Perkiomen Trail. Required submission documents include a current W9, Appendix A, a technical proposal (without pricing), a cost proposal, acceptance of terms and conditions, Penn-Dot qualifications, and a company profile. Bidders must fill out the provided response template for the questionnaire regarding acceptance of terms and conditions.
