The work includes repair and painting of the Nahas Aquatic Center pools and minor painting repairs at Ashby Park Wading Pool. Work tasks include Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) crack sealing, PCC joint repair, PCC concrete patching, and painting, all in accordance with the contract documents including the specified plan file. The locations are Nahas Aquatic Center, 1101 Porter Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, and Ashby Park Wading Pool, 3200 38th Street, Des Moines, Iowa, and other locations as directed by the City Engineer. The contractor shall complete the work as specified in the contract documents, the SUDAS Standard Specifications, 2025 Edition, and any supplemental specifications and special provisions provided. The work must be completed in strict accordance with these documents and is to be guaranteed as required by law for the specified time after acceptance by the Jurisdiction. Contractors unable to comply with the completion provisions should not submit a quotation for this work.
