Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Spooner, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 650-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
If a project does not include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection divisions of work, bidders shall bring such matters to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before the GPC bid opening. Prompt clarification will be supplied to all bidders of record by addendum. For Bid Portal-specific questions or concerns, please contact doadfdmbidsubmission@wisconsin.gov In general, the work consists of: the construction of a 650 SF addition and level 2 alteration of the existing Spooner Ranger Station, creating a NW District Dispatch Office, to include an accessible toilet room, (4) dispatch stations and equipment, a kitchenette, (4) person meeting room and electrical upgrades and uninterrupted power supply by emergency backup generator. Work will include new HVAC, plumbing and electrical to the addition and applicable alteration to the level 2 alteration spaces the addition will tie into.
