- Supply 1,000 tons of MnDOT Spec FA 2.5 Rock Chip, washed and clean, delivered to the Spooner Highway Department shop at 1600 CTH H, Spooner, WI. - Supply 800 tons of Scrub Seal Aggregate (dirtier aggregate for scrub seal applications) with approximate gradation, delivered to the same location. - Delivery can begin anytime after award and must be completed by July 9, 2026. Facility open Monday–Thursday, 6a–4p. - Bidders may bid on one or both materials; separate awards may be made. - Sealed bid proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked as specified, using the provided form only, and must be filled out completely. - The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and select the bid deemed most advantageous. - All inquiries and requests for interpretation must be in writing to the Highway Commissioner. Any addenda or interpretation will be issued in writing. Proposers must promptly notify the Commissioner of inconsistencies or ambiguities in specifications. - Washburn County may investigate proposers to determine responsibility and ability to supply the product.
