Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and other items necessary and required for the 2026 Street Projects, Flex Patch Project, specifically Contract 1: 10,000 lb. Flex Patch/Crack Fill. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of at least five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price, payable to the City of Spooner, ensuring that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute the proper Contract and provide one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of acceptance. If the bidder fails to file the required contract and bonds within the allotted time, the check or bond will be forfeited as liquidated damages. Bidders must also submit a completed W-9. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in preparation of a bid or reject any or all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty days after scheduled bid closing.
