Bids are for work at AC Valley School District, specifically for Football Field Grading Revisions. The work must be completed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Architect. Drawings will be available for review at the office of the Architect. Single copies of the Project Manual and Drawings may be obtained from the Architect for a non-refundable fee. Mailing of documents requires an additional fee. Each Bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Bidders are required to observe specific employment conditions and minimum wage rates under the contract. Bids must be addressed and SEALED, clearly marked as specified. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must provide evidence of previous experience in Athletic Field Construction and provide pre-qualifications as outlined in the project manual.
