Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lucas, Kentucky. Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of 4/7/2026, this project has been cancelled per Addendum 1. This project will be rebid at a later date. The project includes demolition of the existing lift station and construction of a new lift station with electrical improvements, construction of approximately 180 feet of gravity sewer, and construction of approximately 1,430 feet of forcemain. Bidders must submit the actual contract amount on the "Official Bid Document" and attach it in the e-procurement system, entering $0.00 for the contract amount in the e-procurement system itself. Bidders should review and update all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to submission. Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method will not be accepted. Contractors must download bid documents, specifications, and drawings from the specified online planroom; only those who do so will be registered as planholders and receive addenda. Contractors can obtain plans and specifications at no charge or pay if a hard copy is desired. All procurement questions should be directed to the buyer of record.
