Renovation of a water / sewer project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All RFI’s and prior approvals must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026 Sealed bids are invited for Water Treatment and Electrical Switchgear Repairs and Upgrades at the Central Utility Plant (Power House), Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Only contractors licensed for Building Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 may submit bids. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days following receipt. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. The project may be contingent on the availability of State Bond, federal, or other funds. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships Programs is encouraged.
