Proposers must submit sealed proposals for Elevator Maintenance for the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge. Participation of Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SEDBE) is strongly encouraged but not required. Proposers are requested to include in their proposal a description of plans for minority participation as suppliers or subcontractors. Attendance at mandatory pre-proposal conferences and job site visits is required for award eligibility. Submissions must be mailed or hand delivered to the specified address. Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. The right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities is reserved. All questions regarding the solicitation and contract documents must be received in accordance with the schedule of events as specified in the solicitation documents.
