Qualified engineering firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Hurricane Creek/Monte Sano Backflow Prevention (FEMA DR-LA-4611-0024) Project No. 26-26-DR-US-0004. The estimated project cost is $880,400.00, and the engineering fee will be negotiated. The Statement of Qualifications must be submitted as PDF files on a USB drive using City-Parish Standard Form CPES (dated REV. 03/12/20), with the firm's current Certificate(s) of Registration from the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors attached. Firms must be registered in good standing with the Board. Submissions must be delivered to the Chief Design and Construction Engineer, Public Works and Planning Center at 1100 Laurel Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Submissions not received by the specified deadline or lacking required information will be rejected.
