Sealed bids are requested for the Northwest Little Lake Marsh Creation, Increment 2 Project in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, Project Number BA-0260. Bids must include security of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond as specified. Bids are accepted from contractors licensed for Heavy Construction or Dredging, as per LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 days after receipt, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned (LaVet) Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged.
