Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
As of May 1, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project consists of creating an ADA compliant shower on 1st floor, moving the laundry to 1st floor to be ADA compliant, adding a cabinet and countertop with a microwave shelf in it in the existing kitchen, replacing the front, rear entrance doors and adding an ADA push button, controller opener to the front door and adding electric strikes to both doors. Also replacing the existing bedroom door on 1st floor. Removing the existing window air conditioner units and replacing them with mini splits and refurbishing most of the existing exterior windows. Instructions to bidders are available in the Project Manual with the Bidding Documents. For this project bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of bid advertisement (on-line bid button will be available when the project is published and ready for bid submitting).
