Single prime contract sealed bids are requested for Greenhouse Reconstruction at Huntington High School. Bids must be received and will be opened at the District Office. Contract documents can be examined at the office of the architect or obtained digitally for a fee. Hard copies may also be obtained for a deposit. All bid addenda will be sent to registered plan holders. Arrangements and payment for shipping of documents are the bidder's responsibility. Deposits for hard copies will be refunded upon return of documents in good condition, except for the lowest responsible bidder, whose check will be forfeited upon contract award. A non-mandatory pre-bid site walk through is scheduled. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or all proposals may be rejected. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject alternatives, reject proposals, or advertise for new ones. Bids may not be withdrawn within 45 days after opening except by written notice before the opening date. Questions should be communicated to the Architect in writing for interpretation.
