The work includes demolition of existing asphalt pavement, grinding asphalt, repairing select pre-cast utility structures/boxes/risers/manholes, installing concrete collars at repaired structures, off-hauling demolition materials to an on-site location, preparing aggregate base grade, installing new pre-cast lids, storm drain manhole extensions, reinforced concrete collars, protecting all existing utilities, placing new asphalt concrete pavement at grind and repair areas, crack repairs, placing Type II Slurry Seal, replacing pavement markings, new stormwater improvements, and preparing SWPPP/WPCP/Erosion Control Plan. Temporary best management practices (BMPs) devices for erosion and traffic control are also required as specified. Bids are required for the entire work described.
