Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Site development for new pickleball courts, including demolition of existing improvements and construction of concrete and asphalt pavement, court surfacing, fencing, sidewalks, site furnishings, lighting, and landscaping. Work also includes associated grading, utilities, and site improvements as shown in the contract documents. As of March 30, 2026, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
