Scope of Work Includes Improvements to the Existing Pool Mechanical Building Generally Including: Providing Temporary Chemical Storage Area, Demolition of Existing Elevated Slab and Mechanical Building Structure, Construction of a New Concrete Elevated Slab and Wood Framed Building, Electrical Improvements, Mechanical Improvements and All Necessary Appurtenances and Restoration for Said Construction. The Work is to Be Completed After Pool Closing in September 2026 Contract No. 26-pk1 (Re-bid) Midland Swimming Pool Improvements Phase Ii Bidders Must Agree to Comply With All Requirements Associated With These Funding Programs. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Borough. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, Made Payable to the Borough of Midland to Guarantee the Bidder's Entrance Into the Contract if Given the Award. the Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids.
