The work consists of the decommissioning and removal of Air Handler Unit (AHU) No. 3 located in the building basement mechanical room, and replacing it with a new AHU in place, including modifications to the ductwork, electrical equipment, instrumentation, piping, and control system. Additional work includes replacement of the control valves for AHU 1 and 2 on the roof with pressure independent control valves, and the addition of a differential pressure control valve for the first floor cafeteria zone, and all appurtenant work.All bids must be fully transmitted by the date and time specified .
