The Contractor must provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, and supervision to complete full section renovation for designated cemetery areas. Work includes site surveying; preparing grading and headstone realignment plans; vegetation removal; grading and drainage; excavation and backfill; headstone identification and tagging; headstone handling; installation of a flat-marker geogrid support system; headstone re-installation; headstone cleaning; turf renovation; and site restoration. Work applies to both upright headstones and flat markers and must comply with National Cemetery Administration standards. All work, including submittals, reviews, quality control, construction services, punch-list corrections, cleanup, invoicing, and closeout documentation, must be completed within 365 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Turf renovation must occur between April 15 and June 30 in spring and between August 15 and October 15 in fall, with turf fully established before winter.
