Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to perform and complete work for Annual Plumbing Maintenance Services and Emergency After-Hour Services at various housing developments. The per hour/per worker rate must include all wages, fringe benefits, insurance, overhead, profit, trip charges, equipment, equipment rental, miscellaneous materials (such as caulk), supplies, tools, and administrative costs. Overtime hours (over forty in a calendar week) and work outside normal hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) are to be paid at time-and-one-half, while Sundays and holidays are at double time. Materials will be reimbursed at cost upon submission of itemized receipts. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work outside these hours must be minimized unless in case of emergency or as directed. Insurance requirements and adherence to related terms and conditions are mandatory before beginning any work. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement platform, Beacon Bid. No paper, faxed, emailed, or in-person submissions will be accepted. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All communication regarding the solicitation must occur within the Q&A section on the Beacon Bid platform. Direct contact with agency staff outside of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
