The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to perform tasks up to and including preliminary engineering design. This project involves a thorough evaluation of alternatives for grade separation aimed at improving safety and mobility by eliminating two at grade rail crossings situated within a high traffic rail yard operated by BNSF Railway (BNSF), located on N28th Street, Superior, Wisconsin, #061459A and #082636K. This project includes tasks from the project management plan completion to a preliminary design. This project is funded with a grant through the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).
