Post Falls School District No. 273 is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the construction of a new, multi-purpose Fieldhouse at Post Falls High School. The project consists of the construction of a 9,440 square-foot facility designed to support athletic programs and physical education. Key components include: _ 118' x 60' main building with attached and open 20' x 118' lean-to _ 118' x 80' concrete floor _ Wood frame _ Metal roof _ Insulated _ 3 overhead garage doors plus 5 exterior man doors _ Bid alternates: o Interior framing and finishes for storage _ 90' x 20' side storage (see plans) _ Framing for baseball storage area, football storage area, PE storage area, and tennis storage area o Electrical and heater design and installation _ Includes lighting and power for each bay _ Heat for the main area, 118' x 60' o Artificial turf installation for the 118' x 60' interior bay
