The work consists of providing all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform complete section renovation for the indicated cemetery sections at Alton National Cemetery. Work includes site surveying; preparation of grading plans and headstone realignment plans; vegetation removal, grading, drainage, excavation, and backfilling; headstone identification and tagging; handling of upright headstones and flat markers; installation of a flat marker geogrid support system; reinstallation and cleaning of headstones; turf renovation within the required seasonal windows; and full site restoration. All work must comply with National Cemetery Administration standards. The contractor must complete all work, including submittals, reviews, quality control, construction activities, punch-list corrections, cleanup, invoicing, and closeout documentation within 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Turf renovation is limited to April 15-June 30 and August 15-October 15, and turf must be fully established before winter. The magnitude of construction for this project is Between $100,000 and $250,000 The Contractor shall complete all work including submittals, reviews, quality control, repair/construction services, punch list corrections, clean up, invoicing and closeouts documentation submittal within Three Hundred and Sixty-Five (365) calendar days from Government issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
