The work consists of the demolition of a building in accordance with provided provisions, specifications, and bidding instructions. All responses must be completed and executed by an authorized individual using the forms provided, with all blank spaces filled in ink or typewritten. The contractor must provide a written guarantee that all work conforms to the specifications. The award will be made based on a quality versus price evaluation, considering the contractor's responsibility. The award will be made on an "all or nothing" basis. Modern accepted practice, efficiency, and workmanship will be considered, and no award will be made for any service not adequately fulfilling the project requirements. Any deviations from the specifications must be explained in detail. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any part thereof, or waive any informalities.
