Demolition for a municipal facility in Alton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The work consists of the demolition of 1821 Piasa Street for the Building & Zoning Department. Bids will be received until 10:00 am on the specified date and will be publicly opened and read immediately following. Specifications are available in the Comptroller's Office. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. This is a prevailing wage project. Any questions regarding this bid should be directed to Lori Bockholdt, Comptroller's Office, City of Alton (618) 463-3545. Copies of the Asbestos Abatement report(s) will be provided upon request. The City cannot accept your bid response via fax.
